What clients ask us most

What do you need from us before installation starts?
Approved equipment plans and manufacturer instructions, confirmation that the equipment has been delivered or has a delivery date, site access for equipment and materials, and a point of contact who can answer site questions.
Who handles site preparation?
It depends on the project. On some jobs we handle grading and excavation as part of our scope; on others the owner's contractor prepares the pad. We confirm this in writing before we mobilize so nothing falls between scopes.
Can you work around school hours or park operating hours?
Yes. Most of our school and municipal projects are sequenced around calendars, breaks and public hours. Tell us your access windows early and we will plan the sequence around them.
What surfacing options do you install?
We install playground safety surfacing as specified for your project, including loose-fill and unitary systems. If you are still deciding, we can walk through the maintenance and accessibility differences.
Do you travel outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. Our crews travel to complete projects across the United States. Our documented project history includes work in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California and New Mexico.
Can you inspect or repair a playground you didn't install?
Yes. We perform playground safety inspections and maintenance or repair work on existing equipment regardless of who originally installed it.
How do we get a quote?
Send the site location, the equipment involved (or the plan set), your surfacing requirements and your target completion date. That is normally enough for us to respond with next steps.
